Saga and Stichelton

If in doubt, say "Cheese".

Saga is a mix of blue cheese and Brie, originally made in Denmark but very popular in the United States.

Stichelton is an English blue cheese; it's essentially an imitation Stilton, which can't be marketed as Stilton since the latter achieved Protected Designation of Origin status. The name (as you may have guessed) is an obsolete form of Stilton (used in the Domesday Book).
